Documents whose inside pages are marked with an official observation in the form of an ink stamp bearing the words "Úmluva z 28. září 1954/Convention of 28 September 1954" and in which the code "XXA" appears under the heading "Státní občanství/Nationality/Nationalité" on the identification page are issued to stateless persons as travel documents for stateless persons under the Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons of 28 September 1954.
